Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team.
As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of retail math for cash register operations is a plus - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
