Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector for the Junipine Resort, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the resort's operations meet or exceed the established standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various hotel areas, including guest rooms, amenities, and services, to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience and reputation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Inspections:
Perform regular and comprehensive inspections of guest rooms and hotel services to identify any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, or operational standards.
Compliance Check:
Ensure the hotel's compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to hospitality operations.
Report Analysis:
Document inspection findings accurately and promptly in detailed reports.
Analyze the reports to identify recurring issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
Communication:
Communicate inspection results and improvement suggestions to relevant departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and management.
Guest Feedback:
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to address any complaints related to cleanliness or service promptly.
Use guest feedback as an essential tool to improve service quality.
Preventive Measures:
Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to maintain high-quality standards and minimize guest complaints.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of inspection reports, actions taken, and follow-up activities for future reference.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and quality assurance to implement continuous improvements in hotel operations.
Creekhome Inventory:
Ensure backstock replacement items, such as silverware, plates, glassware, etc.
and actual inventory in each creekhouse is at par.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in quality assurance, hotel operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies or issues quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with hotel staff and guests.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards for hospitality establishments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer software for report writing and data analysis.
Physical Requirements:
The job may involve walking, standing, and moving around the hotel for extended periods during inspections.
May need to lift and carry inspection equipment and supplies.
